
Iv. Change in Use: Upon a change of use and except when located in a shopping center, if the number of stalls needed for the new use exceeds the actual number of legally existing stalls on site by a percentage equal or greater than shown in the table below, all of the stalls required of the new use shall be provided.

Iii. Paving or Striping: The paving of a parking lot with permanent surface, or striping a previously unstriped lot. Ii. SCOPE OF PARKING, LOADING AND DRIVEWAY STANDARDS:Ī. Within the Center Downtown Zone: This Section, except for subsections F1 through F9 and J of this Section, shall apply in the following cases: It is the goal of this Section to allow the provision of sufficient off-street parking to meet the needs of urban development while not providing an excess surplus of spaces. Furthermore, it is the intent of this Section to promote the efficient use of the City’s transportation facilities by incorporation into that system of alternative modes of transportation to the single occupancy vehicle to promote the movement of people from place to place.
